This is the only way you can configure your phone using your computer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Setting Up Your Number on the Gigaset<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-3848\" src=\"https:\/\/www.winet.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/image-46.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">How do I access the web interface?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To access the Siemens Gigaset web interface, enter the IP address that appeared on the handset's display during the paging call into your web browser (Firefox, Internet Explorer, Safari, etc.).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Example:\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/172.19.80.222\/\">http:\/\/172.19.80.222<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-3849\" src=\"https:\/\/www.winet.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/image-47.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">You will then be taken to the login page shown above. The default password is always \u201e<strong>0000<\/strong>\u201c.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Change the default password<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-3850\" src=\"https:\/\/www.winet.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/image-48.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The first time you log in to your phone, you'll see a message asking you to change your password. However, this isn't strictly necessary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">If you change the default password, be sure to keep your new password in a safe place in case we need to make any changes to your phone.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Home<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-3851\" src=\"https:\/\/www.winet.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/image-49.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">After logging in, you'll be taken to the Gigaset home screen. From there, you can click directly on \u201eQuick Setup Wizard.\u201c.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Configuration<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"wp-image-3852\" src=\"https:\/\/www.winet.ch\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/07\/image-50.png\" alt=\"\" \/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To set up your Siemens Gigaset for use with a voxGate or hostedPBX, you'll need to configure it manually. To do this, go to Settings -&gt; Telephony.
