{"id":3712,"date":"2020-07-20T14:37:42","date_gmt":"2020-07-20T12:37:42","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.winet.ch\/?post_type=docs&#038;p=3712"},"modified":"2020-07-20T14:37:43","modified_gmt":"2020-07-20T12:37:43","password":"","slug":"konfiguration-yeastar-mit-wintrunk","status":"publish","type":"docs","link":"https:\/\/www.winet.ch\/en\/docs\/konfiguration-yeastar-mit-wintrunk\/","title":{"rendered":"Configuration of Yeastar with winTrunk"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Configuration of the Yeastar MyPBX IP telephone systems with a Winet &quot;winTrunk&quot;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As of April 25, 2016<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">General<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>These instructions describe the setup of the MyPBX IP telephone systems from the manufacturer Yeastar with the SIP trunk telephone connections from the provider Winet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\nhttps:\/\/www.winet.ch\/winet\/Produkte\/winTrunk\/index.php\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>These instructions were created with a &quot;winTrunk&quot; connection from iWay.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The configuration described here is identical on all MyPBX models. A Yeastar MyPBX Soho V6 with firmware 15.19.0.48 was used to create these instructions. With newer firmware, the configuration screens may differ from those shown here.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Setting up the VoIP connection<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"17\" height=\"6\" src=\"blob:https:\/\/www.winet.ch\/c3016688-4cd8-4c48-a8e0-d103a33d1408\">In the MyPBX web configuration, select the \u201cPBX\u201d icon at the top, then click \u201cConnections VoIP Connections\u201d in the navigation on the left and then overlay<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><\/td><td><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"373\" height=\"396\" src=\"blob:https:\/\/www.winet.ch\/c56402ae-046b-43dc-bb87-b9f14465a59c\"><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>&quot;New VoIP connections&quot; a new connection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td>Type:<\/td><td>SIP<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Provider name:<\/td><td>Freely selectable<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Hostname \/ IP:<\/td><td>IP address or domain of Winet<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Port: Domain: User Name: Login Name: Password<\/td><td>SIP port named by Winet, usually 5060. IP address or domain from WinetSIP User Name \/ information from Winet SIP User Name \/ information from WinetSIP User Password \/ information from Winet<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Max. Number of communication channels:<\/td><td>Enter the number of SIP voice channels assigned to Winet here.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>DOD setting:<\/td><td>Here it is determined which numbers the extensions report outgoing. In the &quot;Global DOD&quot; field, enter the number that all extensions should transmit that have not been explicitly configured differently. The entry is usually made with 10 digits but can be specified differently by the provider. You will receive this information from the provider. Enter one of the extension numbers in the &quot;DOD:&quot; field, select the desired extension in the &quot;Connected extension&quot; field and add the extension to the DOD settings using the &quot;Add DOD&quot; button. You will receive this information from the provider.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Save the settings using the &quot;Save&quot; button and then select the &quot;Apply changes&quot; button so that the MyPBX accepts the saved settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"18\" height=\"5\" src=\"blob:https:\/\/www.winet.ch\/c3016688-4cd8-4c48-a8e0-d103a33d1408\">Then click on the &quot;Status&quot; button and select &quot;Line status&quot; Line status in the navigation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><\/td><td><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"457\" height=\"66\" src=\"blob:https:\/\/www.winet.ch\/7804aed3-94a3-473e-b678-4db7cde57199\"><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>The Winet SIP trunk should now be displayed as &quot;OK&quot;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td>Note:<\/td><td>Please note that your Internet router must allow outgoing connections on some ports to the IP address of Winet.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Set up outgoing route<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><\/td><td><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"455\" height=\"197\" src=\"blob:https:\/\/www.winet.ch\/53117fd6-a802-403d-a9a9-68046b37e4ee\"><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"18\" height=\"6\" src=\"blob:https:\/\/www.winet.ch\/aed0300b-b308-4e8e-8004-f4056b96ff19\">An outgoing route must be set up so that the extensions of the MyPBX can use the connection for outgoing connections.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>To do this, select the \u201cPBX\u201d button and then \u201cOutgoing call control outgoing routes\u201d in the navigation and click the \u201cNew outgoing route\u201d button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"blob:https:\/\/www.winet.ch\/0eb81add-a8ec-4b47-a391-39095626c0a1\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td>Route name:<\/td><td>Freely selectable<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>T.38 support:<\/td><td>Set to &quot;Yes&quot; if a fax machine is to be used and the T.38 protocol is supported by the provider.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Dial pattern:<\/td><td>Enter the dialing pattern here according to the instructions for the Yeastar MyPBX. In the example shown, &quot;0.&quot; was entered as the dialing pattern so that the connection is used for all outgoing connections whose phone number begins with a 0. In addition, 11X was entered as a dialing pattern so that the connection is used for three-digit emergency numbers beginning with 11 (e.g. 110, 112).<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Members extension:<\/td><td>Select the extensions here which outgoing connections are allowed to use the Winet connection.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Member connections:<\/td><td>Select the created Winet connection here.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Save the settings using the &quot;Save&quot; button and then select the &quot;Apply changes&quot; button so that the MyPBX accepts the saved settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h1 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Set up incoming routes<\/h1>\n\n\n\n<p>For incoming connections, you now have to specify which end devices should ring on the phone number (s) of the Winet connection.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As a rule, the extensions should ring on their respective extensions. In addition, in this example, a central number is set up on which one or more telephones ring.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><\/td><td><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"454\" height=\"131\" src=\"blob:https:\/\/www.winet.ch\/24fae896-9a51-4259-9271-56055ecad996\"><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"18\" height=\"5\" src=\"blob:https:\/\/www.winet.ch\/c3016688-4cd8-4c48-a8e0-d103a33d1408\">To set up the incoming routes, select the \u201cPBX\u201d button and then \u201cIncoming call control incoming connections\u201d in the navigation and click the \u201cNew incoming route\u201d button.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The first thing we do now is to create an incoming route for the headquarters.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"blob:https:\/\/www.winet.ch\/653de294-6acd-4bd9-97ea-87a4b035eea8\" alt=\"\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td>Route name:<\/td><td>Freely selectable<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>DID number:<\/td><td>The incoming call number for which this route is to apply is entered here. In the example shown, this would be the central number 0448431313.<strong>Important<\/strong>: The phone number is entered as specified by the provider. In our example, the phone number is signaled with 10 digits.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Participant connections:<\/td><td>Select the created Winet connection here.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Office hours target \/ Outside office hours target<\/td><td>Here we can choose whether the destination should be a single extension, a call group, an answering machine, a queue or a language selection system (IVR). To the right of this we then indicate the destination. In our illustration, the central number should ring on the created call group &quot;Central&quot;. In this type of configuration you can specify different destinations for office hours and outside of office hours (e.g. an answering machine outside of office hours) and one of several above Select created office hours. If you have not set up office hours, enter the same destination in both fields. Further options for configuring incoming routes are provided in the<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Yeastar MyPBX manual.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Save the settings using the &quot;Save&quot; button and then select the &quot;Apply changes&quot; button so that the MyPBX accepts the saved settings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Next we create a route in which all extensions ring directly on the respective extensions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td><\/td><\/tr><tr><td><\/td><td><img decoding=\"async\" width=\"323\" height=\"372\" src=\"blob:https:\/\/www.winet.ch\/c9d716da-9b01-4389-9c4f-90c8b54ea24a\"><\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td>Route name:<\/td><td>Freely selectable<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>DID number:<\/td><td>A range of phone numbers is entered here for which this route is to apply. In the example shown, this would be the range 044 843 13 10 to 044 843 13 29.<strong>Important<\/strong>: Here, too, the phone number is entered with 10 digits. In our example 0448431310-0448431329 was entered.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>Extension:<\/td><td>The range of extensions that should ring on the number range is entered here. In our example, these are extensions 110 to 129. This way, if you dial 044 843 13 10, extension 110, if you dial 044 843 13 11, extension 111 etc. up to extension and extension -29 \/ 129 would ring.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-table\"><table><tbody><tr><td>&nbsp;<\/td><td>The extension numbers on the Winet connection and the extensions do not have to be identical.<\/td><\/tr><tr><td>&nbsp;Participant connections:<\/td><td>&nbsp;Select the created Winet here.<\/td><\/tr><\/tbody><\/table><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>In this type of configuration, any configurations made are listed under<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u201cWorking day\u201d ignored. The telephones configured in this way always ring, regardless of the set office hours.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Instead of a range of DID numbers and extensions, only one DID number \/ extension can be entered. For example, if you were to enter DID number 0448431329 and extension 129, extension 129 would ring when dialing 044 843 13 29 (regardless of office hours).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Further options for
