On November 18, we celebrated Push-Button Phone Day! ?\u260e\ufe0f?<\/p>\n

On this day, in the United States, the Push-Button Phone Day<\/strong> celebrated (also known in English as \u00abNational Push-Button Day\u00bb). Specifically, the date commemorates the introduction of the first push-button telephone on the U.S. market on November 18, 1963. The first provider was Bell Telephone, or Bell Systems, which, for the first time in history, introduced the precursor to today\u2019s familiar telephone with electronic tone-dialing via buttons (DTMF).<\/p>\n
