Winet Customer Story: House Gossweiler Real Estate

The partnership between Immobilien House Gossweiler and Winet

In this article, learn how Immobilien House Gossweiler and Winet work together, and get a glimpse into their day-to-day operations from CEO Marcel Gossweiler and his son Bryan Gossweiler.

We had the pleasure of conducting an engaging interview at Immobilien House Gossweiler in Lenzburg with Marcel Gossweiler (Managing Director) and his son Bryan Gossweiler (in charge of marketing and property management). Immobilien House Gossweiler is an expert in the real estate sector and offers a wide range of attractive listings and services in the real estate industry. Since December 2021, the company has been operating out of a new location in the beautiful Villa Malaga in the heart of Lenzburg. We are pleased to have gotten to know Immobilien House Gossweiler and to be able to support this family-run business in the telecommunications sector.

Below is the interview with Marcel and Bryan Gossweiler, which was conducted at their new office in Lenzburg:

How did the Gossweiler Real Estate Agency come to be?

Marcel Gossweiler: «We started out 20 years ago. This December marked exactly 20 years since we decided to go into business for ourselves. We’ve always been in the construction industry, and we’ve always enjoyed seeing new buildings take shape. That’s how we made the transition from construction to real estate. For a year, I handled the bookkeeping on my own, and then my wife joined the business as well. We’ve been holding our ground for 20 years now.»

What is a typical day like at Immobilien Gossweiler?

Bryan Gossweiler: «Sensational. Day-to-day life at Gossweiler is generally great, and our motivation is through the roof every day. This December, we just moved into our new office space in Lenzburg, which is tailored to our company and the real estate industry. It embodies who we are, brings a certain sense of calm, and is simply sensational. I believe the entire team, just like me, enjoys being here and having the opportunity to help our clients, stand by their side as they face challenges, search for solutions, and, of course, above all, help new tenants find a new home.»

Why is phone service so important for your business?

Marcel Gossweiler: «I think that these days, people are generally losing their sense of individuality more and more. Especially with today’s media—such as email—which we’re confronted with every day, I believe that talking on the phone is more important than ever. It’s important that we pick up the phone these days and seek out personal dialogue. For this reason, we should avoid losing our sense of individuality even further, especially when we look to the future or at the current situation.»

How did you go about evaluating the new phone system?

Marcel Gossweiler: «We knew we needed a new phone system, and it was important to me that we get a suitable IT solution. So I asked a few personal contacts, and they recommended Winet to me. It turned out that we had already been in contact with Winet, but it was through our contacts—in a roundabout way—that we became aware of Winet again. And ever since then, we’ve been happy to have found a solution that’s very flexible. Whether we’re growing or downsizing, Winet has always ensured that we end up with a practical solution.»

Has communication increased during the COVID-19 pandemic?

Marcel Gossweiler: «Yes, communication has increased. However, since communication is sometimes linked to dialogue, it unfortunately remained nothing more than a monologue at that time. In our industry, we deal a lot with people’s personalities, personal circumstances, pressure, and fear. For this reason, these interactions are, on the one hand, very important and, on the other hand, have been absent on a daily basis. And in this sense, it also has a lot to do with the first question: «How important is the telephone?» Because an email or a letter is ultimately much less meaningful than personal contact. And as a result, especially over the past two years, we’ve been in frequent contact by phone so that we can help alleviate fears and work together to find solution-oriented approaches.»

What was your experience with the implementation process alongside the Winet team?

Bryan Gossweiler: «The implementation process went smoothly from the very beginning. We weren’t experts in this field from the start, but that’s exactly why we felt so comfortable and well taken care of at Winet. We also received training from Winet and now handle almost everything on our own. And for all the other little things we can’t handle, Winet is always there to listen: We can call, we get assistance, and everything is taken care of right then and there over the phone. So it really is a complete, worry-free package from A to Z.»

How does Winet's phone system help with daily communication with your customers?

Bryan Gossweiler: «For one thing, the Ringruf system certainly makes our day-to-day work much easier, since it has also made the office quieter. Since we have Ringruf, we can also better track who called from which stations. This means we have a more direct connection to our customers—we don’t waste time unnecessarily, and we don’t have to ask where they called from or why. We can assign the call immediately and check the system to see who called, from where, and why. This, of course, helps us work with our customers more efficiently and effectively. And so we’re very satisfied with Winet.»

How satisfied are you with Winet's overall solution?

Bryan Gossweiler: «As I mentioned earlier, we’re very satisfied. I talked about the external aspects a moment ago, and now I’d like to discuss the internal aspects: Winet also really helps us when it comes to job transfers and new employees. Within five minutes, the new phones are reconfigured, the new employee is connected, everything works, and that makes the entire process from start to finish very efficient. As a result, switching away from Winet is unimaginable for us at the moment.»

Would you recommend Winet to others?

Marcel Gossweiler: «We recommend Winet and have already done so, and there’s no reason why we shouldn’t continue to do so. Because Winet is also a great partner for us as small customers. We’re technical novices and not very tech-savvy, even though we have young people working at our company today. But the older generation, in particular, is even less familiar with the technology, which is why we’re glad to have Winet as a partner—communication is very straightforward and easy.»
