You love finding quick solutions for our customers as a contact person in Customer Service and making them one hundred percent happy in the process

What you move

  • You take on customer concerns in the field of telecommunications and develop appropriate solutions within 1st-level incident management by telephone, remote maintenance and on site
  • You ensure that support tickets are processed and classified on time within the incident management process
  • You continuously document the knowledge you acquire in your work in the knowledge database and FAQs
  • You will work in a team of five employees. Together you will be responsible for 1st, 2nd and 3rd level support
  • The professional exchange with your team colleagues is a matter of course for you and gives you pleasure
  • When implementing and commissioning new solutions, the greatest satisfaction for you is to leave TOP satisfied customers
  • You are also jointly responsible for the maintenance, operation and ongoing monitoring of our SIP communication systems on the customer side
  • If you are suitable and interested, you can progress to 2nd level support
  • In 2nd level support, you configure and test customer solutions in various constellations before installation. These VoIP telephony solutions consist of our own VoIP PBX Ayrix, various end devices, soft clients, call center solutions, MS Teams connections and much more.

Why you succeed

  • You have completed an EFZ IT apprenticeship or equivalent training, ideally in the field of VoIP
  • You have already gained some experience in 1st level support. Ideally, you have already come into contact with 2nd level support work.
  • Your problem-solving behavior is analytical, customer- and solution-oriented
  • You have network and firewall knowledge and are familiar with IP-based networks and the services and protocols available on them. Experience in the administration and management of Linux-based server systems is an advantage
  • You also impress with your high level of commitment and dedication, your good communication skills and your strong ability to work in a team
  • You have a good command of written and spoken German. Knowledge of English and French is an advantage
  • You are in possession of a valid driver's license category B
