You love to carry out your work as accurately and accurately as possible, have experience in customer administration and have a flair for IT and numbers
What you move
- You are responsible for customer administration, which includes opening and closing customer accounts, address mutations, number porting and monitoring account balances and customer classifications
- You handle customer orders from A to Z independently - this also includes purchasing goods and managing Internet lines and licenses
- You are responsible for AVOR in Accounts Payable and take over the controlling of incoming invoices and their pre-entry in FIBU
- You bill the company credit card, employee expenses and cash register on a monthly basis
- You are responsible for general incoming and outgoing mail and answer calls on the main telephone number and, if necessary, from other departments
- As an office care organizer, you are also responsible for ensuring that employees in the Winet office never run out of drinks, office supplies or maintenance materials and that the cleaning staff know what to do
- You deputize for the Head of Central Service during absences or when required
Why you succeed
- You have completed a commercial apprenticeship (M profile)
- You have several years of experience in a similar position - preferably in the IT sector and are used to a dynamic and fast-paced working environment
- You love to carry out your work as precisely and accurately as possible
- You have a flair for numbers and an interest in accounting activities and can imagine further training in this area
- Dealing with customers and suppliers on a daily basis is not only a pleasure for you, but also the be-all and end-all of your distinctive service character
- You have excellent user skills in the entire Office suite. Knowledge in dealing with format templates in Word and formula calculations in Excel are a must criterion
- You speak Swiss German without an accent and have a perfect command of German in writing. You also have a good knowledge of English and French
