Fair exchange and replacement offers

For defective hardware during the warranty period of 2 years, we offer you fair exchange and replacement offers. These offers are tailored to your individual situation.

For example, do you need a replacement device immediately? Then we offer you the set-up costs for the new device and the shipping to you free of charge. The repaired device will be sent back to you later - it will serve as a replacement device in the future.

Ask our Customer Service which solution is most suitable for you - our VoIP system technicians will be happy to advise you.
After the warranty period of 2 years has expired or if hardware components are handled improperly during the warranty period, we are unfortunately unable to offer you any offers for exchange or replacement.

Online form RMA process (new)

When returning defective end devices, the following information must always be sent with the hardware:

  • Customer number
  • Winet invoice or order number
  • Item name / description
  • Specification of the serial number
